Welcome to the homepage of the Posadis Project. On this page, the Posadis team is proud to bring you the very latest in Posadis DNS technology! SANS, or the Simple Authoritive Name Server, is just that: a very basic DNS server for Windows that can be a primary DNS server for your domain names. The Posadis Master File Editor is a graphical editor of DNS master files, the files used by many DNS servers (including Posadis and BIND) to store DNS zone data in. The DNS Query tool is a program you can use to query Domain Name Servers for information. It can, at your choice, display the answer it receives as a raw DNS message or in a more human-readable format. This makes it a very useful tool for debugging DNS problems. > > more information
I have developed some more exotic Posadis modules that are not shipped with the program itself as well:
- dnsfile - A client, server and Posadis module to distibute (small) files over the Domain Name System.
- regexp-block - Block domain names by wildcards.
- pos6poison - Poison buggy DNS caches by injecting false data.
I have also writen a partial Win32 implementation of FAM.
